This is the second gen ground control with new Murda Anti-Rocker H-Block. This is beyond awesome, you get the GC h-block which is already very good with anti rocker extentions. This prevents the extra cost of anti wheels... overall good deal. But it is best to buy the frame and the frame and h-block together because the block alone is £35+.

THE 2-PART HEEL LOCK SINISTER SYSTEM
A revolutionary heel locking system on the Sinister keeps your foot stable and your heel locked down and in place. Most notable is the outter Fiber Wrap Heel Lock that wraps the outside of the liner to maximize support. The second locking feature, which is not as noticable but equally impressive, is the inner J-Bar wrap. Two interior J-Bars conform around the ankle and heel to keep them locked down while offering optimum support. The end result is better fit and better function. | |

BOUNCE BACK ON HARD LANDINGS
The Energy Return Flex Pattern is an innovative design concept which allows the Sinister to flex forward during landings and redirect the energy through the flex pattern to push the liner back into its original upward position. It's like having spring loaded ankles when you land. | |
